Cron in a Time Zone
100% CLIENT-SIDE
Evaluates the schedule on the wall clock of the zone you choose, the way a cron daemon whose system zone (or CRON_TZ) is that zone would. A wall time that does not exist on a spring-forward day is skipped and listed; a wall time that happens twice on fall-back fires once, at its first occurrence. Real schedulers differ on both, so treat DST days as a place to verify on your own system.
